Adam Horning founded Peak Financial Guidance LLC in 2019 after spending nearly 14 years in the financial planning profession with a large broker dealer.  Adam decided that his clients would be best served by becoming an independent Registered Investment Adviser in Colorado.  As an RIA, Adam can help people with fee-based financial planning, investment management, and insurance planning using sophisticated technology and strategies.  Adam understands the importance investing not only in your retirement accounts, but in all aspects of life.  When he’s not helping others with their future, Adam enjoys time with his family in the mountains, cheering on one of his three daughters at an event, skiing, biking, hiking, hunting, camping, competitive shooting, attending the theater and working on projects at home.

Brett's journey began in Wisconsin, where he was an all-around athlete, excelling in football, basketball, and baseball. His love for technology and country led him to the United States Air Force after 9/11.

After serving honorably in the Air Force, Brett discovered his true calling in 2013: empowering people through personal finance and investing. In 2015, his adventures brought him to Colorado, where he met Sarah, the love of his life, who now shines as an Assistant Principal in the Cherry Creek School District.

Today, Brett calls Parker, Colorado home, sharing his life with Sarah, their three amazing children, and a spirited Miniature Australian Shepherd.

When he's not crafting financial strategies, Brett is on the golf course, soaking up local music and sports, volunteering, or exploring new destinations. A lifelong Green Bay Packers fan, he’s always up for a lively chat about his favorite team.
