Retail Sales Position

Key Responsibilities:

· Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers with genuine warmth, listen to their needs, and provide expert, personalized styling advice. Guide them through our collections to find the perfect items for their child.

· Sales & Brand Advocacy: Actively drive sales and maintain a high level of product knowledge. Enthusiastically share the Petit Parker story, brand values, and the unique features of our products.

· Operational Excellence:

· Ensure the sales floor is always immaculate, organized, and visually appealing.

· Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our POS system.

· Receive, unpack, and merchandise new inventory with precision.

· Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.

· Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with the boutique team to achieve daily and weekly goals, supporting your colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
