This practical session helps nonprofit board members better understand their role and responsibilities by exploring why boards often struggle\, including lack of role clarity\, unclear expectations\, communication challenges\, and conflict avoidance. Attendees will gain insight into effective board structure\, accountability\, engagement\, and fundraising responsibility\, along with tools to strengthen board culture and decision making. The session concludes with a self assessment to help participants evaluate their board's effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.\n \nIf you are a leader of a smaller NPO in the Parker area\, you're invited to join us for this free event.
