The 2016 Economic Outlook Forecast will be featuring JD Foster from the US Chamber of Commerce and Jason Schrock from the Colorado Governor's Office of State Planning and Budgeting.

Dr. J.D. Foster is deputy chief economist at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He works with Dr. Martin A. Regalla, the Chamber's chief economist exploring and explaining developments in the U.S. and global economies. He also participates in discussions around the country regarding the economy and ecomomic policy and supports other functions at the Chamber with economic analysis and guidance.

Colorado Governor's Office of State Planning and Budgeting
Jason Schrock is the Chief Economist for the Governor's Office of State Planning and Budgeting. Jason's primary job responsibilities include analyzing and forecasting the Colorado economy, forecasting state government revenue, and analyzing legislation and policy proposals. He also researches a variety of issues of interest to the Governor and his staff, primarily related to the economy and tax policy. Prior to his current position, he was one of the Colorado General Assembly's economists.
