“Keeping Great Employees”
Nothing impacts the bottom line of a business like a great employee. As hard as it has become to FIND great employees, it’s also critical to think about what it takes to KEEP one, once you’ve found him or her.
Onboarding a new employee is a journey. Unfortunately, most onboarding processes take an employee from excitement to disillusionment because they don't fulfill the promises made during recruitment. Effective onboarding programs that clarify employees’ roles, build confidence in capabilities and develop relationships that lead to higher job satisfaction, performance, organizational commitment, higher performance, and lower turnover.
In this 2.5-hour workshop, you’ll get practical tips and best practices that will impact a new employee’s first 90 days and the first year.
Admissions are limited to 100 participants and are non-refundable. However, you may change the name of the person attending on a paid registration with no penalty.
