Who is Dr. Rachel Davis?

Dr. Rachel Davis, PhD has been referred to as a “conversational architect” because of her natural style of leadership and coaching where her participants are engaged in new conversations and new thinking leading to next level results. She empowers people’s unique, natural leadership with the aim of creating thriving, resilient and sustainable families, organizations and communities.

In her 30 years of leadership in non-formal, informal, seminar and college environments, Rachel has led programs to more than 100,000 people and has been acknowledged for her capacity to relate to people in any culture.  As a senior executive trainer and facilitator for an international seminar company, Rachel lived, worked and led seminars and leadership trainings in SE Asia. She was accountable for empowering volunteers and professional staff in 7 SE Asian countries.
