Description
Make 2015 THE year to remember! Resolutions and goals achieved and having fun doing it! Take the 6 week challenge of fun, dance, fitness, nutrition and paying it forward. Parker Chamber members and business professionals are joining together to impact lives. Proceeds to benefit the Special Olympics of Colorado.
6 Week Challenge includes:
- 18 classes of dance - fun, fitness, and friendship
- 6 classes of fitness training and coaching
- Location vs. Location challenge (Parker Area Vs. Westminster Area)
- 9 Point Body Composition Analysis including - Metabolism, Muscle, Hydration, Bone Mass, and more)
- Personal 1 on 1 nutrition and health coaching
- Health social network site w/resources
- Numerous sites, resources and tips on health, nutrition, fitness and beauty
- prizes, awards, certification and more
