Please join us for an online informational webinar on the Colorado Secure Savings Program which will be rolled out in 2023.

Over half the working population in Colorado does not have access to a retirement plan through their employer (or are self-employed and have to manage their own retirement planning). The retirement savings shortfall has massive implications for state and local budgets and the long term economic security of Coloradans.

In 2020, the Colorado General Assembly passed SB20-200 which created the Colorado Secure Savings Program within the state's Department of the Treasury. 

When the program is fully implemented, employers with five or more employees, who have been in business 2+ years, and who do not currently offer a retirement plan to employees will be required to register and enroll employees in the program and handle contributions through their payroll process. The program will be administered at no cost to employers and with no obligation for employers to match contributions.

In this webinar, a state representative will discuss the roll-out of the program, answer your questions, and help you understand how this program will impact your business.
