We have been in business since 2013.  2020 was pretty devastating, but we are rebuilding.  I enjoy the planning and research that should go into a trip before making a reservation.  I can't have been everywhere, but I do read reviews before presenting a hotel or activity, for example, to you, and I don't book anything without your approval. 
We are not here just for those bucket list trips.  Are You Still Here? Sarah Sparks began her commercial real estate career in mid-2012. Prior to working with Impact Commercial Real Estate, Sarah worked in commercial real estate management and graphic design. Sarah provides her clients high-level reports and analytical data to help them make the most informed decisions about their business locations or pricing for commercial real estate. Sarah has multiple clients and property listings across Colorado.
