I'm the primary facilitator and negotiator for the listing and sale of my client's most financially important asset; their home.  I am also the team leader of a multi-group sales team, The Brunner Bunch where I train, mentor and work alongside my team members.  I have almost 2 decades of experience in real estate education, negotiations, marketing and selling of residential properties, contracts, working efficiently with all parties involved, closings and everything in between.  My commitment, integrity, dedication and sales volume has contributed to being a top producing team year after year.  I have been voted 5280 Magazine's 5 Star Real Estate Agent for the last 6 years and I proudly earn that honor by providing the best 5-star service to my clients!  I'm also nominated as a 5280 Top Real Estate Producers - 2020!  My team and I are always available and eager to assist!

Adam Horning founded Peak Financial Guidance LLC in 2019 after spending nearly 14 years in the financial planning profession with a large broker dealer.  Adam decided that his clients would be best served by becoming an independent Registered Investment Adviser in Colorado.  As an RIA, Adam can help people with fee-based financial planning, investment management, and insurance planning using sophisticated technology and strategies.  Adam understands the importance investing not only in your retirement accounts, but in all aspects of life.  When he’s not helping others with their future, Adam enjoys time with his family in the mountains, cheering on one of his three daughters at an event, skiing, biking, hiking, hunting, camping, competitive shooting, attending the theater and working on projects at home.

Ian brings forth an extensive skill-set having been in the commercial real estate industry for 20+ years which allows him to deliver best in class commercial real estate brokerage services and results.  Ian primarily focuses on retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and land properties/projects throughout the State of Colorado leading his clients to successful outcomes with their acquisitions, sales, leasing, and new developments.  

I live in Parker, CO with my 2 dogs and 3 horses.  I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and 16.5 years working in law enforcement.  I have owned, trained and competed with horses in a variety of different disciplines my whole life.  I am honoring my mother, Frannie, by incorporating her name into my business, Frannie’s Equine Haven.  I believe my mother has guided me through my new journey of becoming a certified Equine Gestaltist™ and licensed Equine Facilitator™ with my equine partners, Blue, Cooper and Gunner.

I am bilingual and speak Portuguese (and of course English) fluently. I often refer to myself as “Brazilican”, a mash up of American and Brazilian, given my love for both cultures, countries, and my family.
