Bookkeeper & Administrative Coordinator

We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented multitasker to join our team as a Bookkeeper & Administrative Coordinator. This role blends bookkeeping responsibilities with general office administration and requires someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Accounting Support

?      Manage daily bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online (and/or NetSuite).

?      Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.

?      Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.

?      Help prepare financial reports and organize documents for clients.

Office & Administrative Support

?      Maintain client files and ensure documentation is complete and organized.

?      Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.

?      Coordinate scheduling and communications with clients.

?      Support the team with data entry, document preparation, and general office duties.


What We’re Looking For

?      Highly organized and detail-oriented — you love creating systems and keeping things in order.

?      Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

?      Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience (QuickBooks Online or NetSuite preferred).

?      Strong communication skills — comfortable working with both clients and team members.

?      Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

?      A proactive problem solver who takes initiative.


Pay & Benefits

?      Pay: $25–$28 per hour, based on experience.

?      Schedule: Approximately 32 hours per week.

?      Retirement: Employer-sponsored plan with company match.

?      Paid Holidays and PTO offered.

?      We value consistent schedules, but can arrange some flexibility when needed.

?      This position is a mix of at-home and in-office work, offering both flexibility and collaboration with the team.
