Like some people out there, it took some time for me to figure out what I was meant to do in life. I’ve always had a strong love for healthy foods made with quality ingredients and traditional preparations of global cuisines, particularly Mexican foods. When I was diagnosed with Celiac disease and Hashimoto’s, I needed to find ways to reproduce and enjoy the foods I loved. This part-time hobby turned into a full-time passion and career. My mission is to provide you a convenient way to eat fresh, healthy meals, so you have more time doing the things you enjoy and feel great doing them!
